From concept to install, working with Precision Deck & Patio was truly a wonderful experience. They replaced my wood deck and ugly concrete pad with a beautiful, larger Trex deck, complete with an aluminum pergola and retractable shades for sun cover. Some decisions were difficult with so many great options. The easiest decisions: going with the Trex horizontal rod rail AND choosing Precision Deck & Patio! Adam really listened to what I wanted while offering excellent suggestions.

We had Precision Deck and Patio build a deck with Trex Transcend product, an under deck enclosure and PVC fascia covering all exposed treated lumber.Adam and his crew work like a well-oiled machine. They are all true artisans; it was impressive to watch them work. Adam went out of his way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. When we faced a challenge with the permit, Adam made several calls to engineers in the area until he found one that was available to come out to inspect.
