Plan 2L067
This 2 level deck combines a 12' x 12' top deck and 14' x 10' bottom deck intersecting at a step down in the center of the deck to punctuate the division of space. Both decks use clipped corners as a method to soften the geometry of the design. The bottom deck uses a 15' long built in bench to define the front edge of the deck as a substitute for guard rails as they are not required because of the low elevation.
