Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have ordered too much you can return all items that are in resalable condition for a
full refund without a restocking fee.

No Hassle Returns

Within 60 days of purchase you can return products for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return.

Please read the instructions carefully below to complete your return.

1)  Please note that we do not accept returns for products purchased more than 60 days ago, that are damaged, used or missing parts or that
are a part of a kit.

2)  Request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number.  Email customercare@trex.com to request your RMA number.

3)  Ship your items back to us.  Place the items in their original packaging in a shipping box and add padding for fragile items as necessary.  If the products are damaged in shipping you will not receive a full refund.  Return all parts, pieces, instructions and accessories.  Do not write on or alter the original packaging. Include a copy of your RMA with your return shipment.

4)  Receive email confirmation that your return has been received. Decks.com will send you a confirmation email when your refund is authorized.  Please allow 2-5 business days for the credit to be applied to your account.

Shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless the products are defective or there was a shipping error from decks.com.
