Decks.com charges $199.00 per project (limit 2 hours) to CAD draw a deck plan to your specifications.
The custom plans will include a 3D view, framing plan, footing layout, typical deck details guide and material list. (All that is required to obtain a permit and build with.)
Custom Plans will take 1-2 working days to complete and will be e-mailed to you as adobe pdf format files.
If you wish to modify an existing plan, please e-mail the plan # and a list of the desired changes to mikerudh@gmail.com
If you wish to create a new custom deck plan we request that you e-mail a scanned hand sketch of the plan with all necessary dimensions to mikerudh@gmail.com

The 1/4" scale framing drawings are easy to read and understand.
Our deck plans are designed in accordance with 2006 International Residential Code to support 55 lbs per square foot (40 lbs live load, 15 lbs dead load).
Plans are prepared to include complete construction notes and specifications for easy permit submission.
