I can only echo what all the other reviewers say - they did a fabulous job. They worked with us on the design, and went through the whole hassle of getting a DC permit. The deck and pergola is really well-built (much better built than our house, in fact!), and they also installed French doors and a transom window. It is all beuatifully finished. They are very responsive and easy to work with and I highly recommend them. |

Skyebuilders and their crew, Renato and Christian. did a fantastic job in refinishing our deck with CorrectDeck. It is much better than we could have hoped for. The salesman, Michael Healey, spent 3 hours explaining composite vs. wood, the design and options. I couldn't have expected nearly so much from a contractor. The scale below doesn't go high enough(only 5) to rate the whole process. |

Our 25 year old deck is supported by 8 large posts that were rotting at ground level and needed to be replaced without disturbing the deck itself or pergola above it. A dirty, difficult job. Skyebuilders was one of five contractors contacted. What a great experience. Faster than promised, cleaner and more attentive than expected, and, most important, first rate craftsmanship. Mike Holmes would approve! |

We considered quite a few contractors for our deck and finally went with Skye because they listened to us. Jonathan used a CAD program to work with us, and Wayne and his crew were incredibly professional. The new deck is beautiful and we cant imagine being without it. SKYE was professional, creative and fast. We love it and will call them again for other work (we have a kitchen that needs to be remodeled!!) |

My husband and I interviewed 3 deck contractors, and of the 3, Skye Builders was the most reasonable, had the best presentation, and they were informative and friendly rather than overly pushy like some of the other contractors. They kept us informed every step of the way and they finisehd our deck ahead of schedule! I loved working with Jon and Wayne and will definitely be using them in the future. |

I’ve used Skye Builders in the past for remodeling bathrooms in a townhome I was selling. They did a fabulous job then and most recently I used them to install windows into my new home. I found Skyebuilders after another deck contractor went out of business with the permits, deck plans, and homeowners association approval. Skyebuilders was able to take over the project and build the first composite deck in my community. They are very professional, knowledgeble, and I found their prices to be very reasonable. I love my new deck and can't wait to begin using it this spring. |

There were some problems with the City , it took FOREVER to finish (not their fault) and I kept expecting Skye to bail ... they had their money ... it had to be costing/losing them dough ... it never happened ... they stuck with me until we got it done ... I reccomend them |

SkyeBuilders, Inc. built our deck in Sept. 2007. They did a great job, secured the county permit in one day, gave me the drawings to get the HOA permit, and built the deck (including 2 county inspections) in 4 days. I am very happy with the deck and would recommend them to anyone. Jonathan Barber who managed the project was a pleasure to work with and responded to all questions the same day. I would definitely hire them again! |

Skye Builders are truly a family oriented company. They did a great job on my deck. I requested built in benches to wrap around the deck and they did a wonderful job in designing and creating the look I wanted. They were professional and trustworthy. They were not the least expensive quote but I do believe you get what you pay for and I am completely satisfied with the product and service by Skye Builders. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family memebers.

Skye Builders did a fabulous job in constructing our deck. The workmanship was top quality. They were timely, used high quality materials and kept the worksite clean. Communication was always professional, ample and timely. Jonathan, on several occasions, went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us incorporate a pre-made gazebo.
