After two years of debating between concrete and, deck my husband and I decide to put a deck on our house and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Down Home Construction’s willingness to deliver the Cedar portion of the deck ahead of time so that we could stain the rails was a huge benefit to us. Not only do we have the low maintenance Trex deck, we have a deck that truly looks like an extension of our house. Its two toned lumber and aluminum spindles make an EXCELLENT addition to our house

I would highly recommend using this company. They were very professional, did above and beyond what was expected, always on time, cleaned up at the end of every work day, punctual, willing to listen to the homeowners suggestions and concerns. We have had nothing but compliments on our beautiful deck. I wish all tradespeople were this easy to work with.

Down Home Construction did an excellent job of installing my deck. The work crew was excellent in both the preparation work, which consisted of removing a broken up concrete patio and in the construction work. I have been very pleased with the new deck. The crew worked under very adverse weather conditions but completed the job on schedule. I would highly recommend Down Home Construction.
