Jay, the owner, is very involved with his team of installers and is frequently on site. He always returns phone calls and when a problem did arise with our deck, Jay stood behind his word and the repair was completed in a timely manner. Just completed a deluxe TREX deck with lattice trim underneath. Josh was very professional with house call, samples and onscreen color display.
