We had a wooden cedar deck and screened porch that needed considerable maintenance. Mike completely rebuilt the upper deck and screened room with composite material. Based on Mikes advise the floor joist were reinforced and reattached to the house. Heavy duty pet proof screening was installed. We now have a completely maintenance free composite natural looking screened porch with a deck above.
Very little inconvenience to us during construction, on schedule and within budget. Great job.

This is the deck Mike built for me in 2004. It's one of the best projects I had done. It has room for the grill in on offset corner, supports for a large swing, an attached bench and room for a table and chairs, deck storage boxes, plant hangers etc. His work ethic and workmanship were beyond reproach. I would highly recommend him for any remodeling/new construction project !!

Mike Scott built our deck and gazebo late last year (2007). It is absolutely beautiful. All of our neighbors, friends and relatives that have seen it rave about it. Mike is very fussy in his work and would be referred to as a perfectionist. We highly recommend his company for any remodeling project you have.
