I read in the paper that there were a lot of unforeseen hassles in getting a deck- permits,and such. I was interested in these guys Hassle Free Guarantee- and once I realized they took care of all that stuff, I was even more impressed. They took care of the permits, scheduling the builidng inspector...they were only my property for a few days..in-out BAM! it was done.
