We hired dependable builders to build our deck and add a bedroom in our basement. We couldn't have been happier with the job they did. Work was completed on time and within the budget. They did a fantastic job on both projects. They were easy to get a hold of and willing to answer all of our questions and accomodate all of our requests.

I AM SATISFIED WITH THE DECK FOR THE PRICE. JOSH WAS A VERY POLITE AND CONSIDERATE PERSON. I AM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT HE DID NOT RETURN (AFTER 2 REMINDERS) TO FILL THE HOLES LIKE HE HAD STATED. AFTER THE LAST REMINDER AND WAITING A MONTH I DID DO IT MYSELF. THERE WERE A COUPLE BOARDS THAT WERE NOT OF THE GREATEST QUALITY WITH MARKINGS AND CUTS NOT REAL EVEN BUT FOR THE PRICE THE DECK WAS DESIGNED THE WAY I WANTED.

Dependable Builders did an excellent job! They were, indeed dependable and very quick. We were given a quote along with a great 3D representation of the plan. It took them only about 3 days to complete the job and they left the job site clean. I would HIGHLY recommend them to friends and/or family. We are thrilled with our wounderful new deck!
